Fruey working bee 2

Updated: Jul 6, 2022

Big thanks to everyone who came along to our Fruehauf working bee on Sunday!

We did some much needed weeding around the native plants that were planted back in May. Surprisingly about 80% of the seedlings were still kicking, looking pretty healthy and happy, and hopefully that bit of love will help them get through summer. The team also managed to pull out two big bales of periwinkle before it went to seed. Ellen, queen of cake, provided mega biccies and slice for morning tea yum.

Then! To top it off we got a thank you card for this years work on Hobart City Council Land from the Lord Mayor Anna Reynolds. Thanks Anna, and to the Bushcare and Wildcare crews for helping us find our feet this year.
